Paul Mullin & British Boxers

The best thing has happened. You know the great story of Wrexham Football Club, and how film stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney bought the club, bringing Hollywood glamour and celebrity attention to the team? Well, we got in touch with their amazing star striker Paul Mullin and asked him if he’d like to wear our things. I told him the story of British Boxers. The boxing rags-to-riches-to-rags ancestor Jem Mace, starting a nightwear and undies brand from nothing and building it over a decade, my disabled child, my leukaemia diagnosis, selling at the makers markets, the day John Lewis and Joules said “Yes please!” and of course the amazing team that grew behind us.

In the weave of our fight against adversity story, there was an echo (albeit one without Hollywood), but we were so delighted because Paul only went and said “Yes please!”
